PECB Certified Digital Transformation Officer
A five-day PECB course on planning, implementing, and monitoring a digital transformation strategy, with the certification exam on the final day.
Digital transformation takes more than technology. It depends on people with the right skills, the necessary resources, changes to how the organisation is structured, and a plan for both change management and the transformation itself. The course covers how to plan, implement, and monitor a digital transformation strategy, and what technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, blockchain, cloud computing, and big data mean in practice.
